The CS & Compliance Officer will be responsible for leading and managing all corporate secretarial, governance, and compliance functions for the organization and its group companies. Based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, the role involves close interaction with the Board of Directors, regulatory bodies, auditors, and various internal stakeholders to ensure timely statutory filings, adherence to corporate governance standards, and implementation of compliance frameworks. The candidate will also play a key role in ESG strategy, investor relations, and oversight of legal and governance processes to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
