1. Bank Guarantee (BG) Management:

Preparation and Issuance of Bank Guarantees:
- Coordinate with the respective department to collect necessary details for issuing Bank Guarantees (BG).
- Liaise with banks to issue and amend BGs and record the guarantees in Tally ERP.
- Maintain an up-to-date log of all BGs issued and track their expiry dates in the system.
Monitoring and Renewal:
- Ensure timely renewal or closure of BGs before expiry, updating Tally ERP accordingly.
Claim Management:
- Handle the claims process in case of BG invocation, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
- Record all claim settlements in Tally ERP for accurate financial reporting.

2. Export Sales Documentation and Processing:

Export Sales Documentation:
- Prepare and manage export-related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade rules and regulations.
Booking Export Sales in Tally ERP:
- Accurately record export sales transactions in Tally ERP, ensuring timely and correct entries.
- Track the entire sales cycle in Tally ERP, from order confirmation to dispatch and receipt of payments.
Shipping Coordination:

3. E-Way Bill Generation:

Communication with Overseas Clients and Banks:
- Resolve issues related to payments and foreign banking transactions while maintaining detailed records in Tally.

5. Letter of Credit (LC) Management:

LC Issuance and Documentation:

- Maintain LC-related documentation and reconcile payments in Tally for accurate financial tracking.
LC Amendments and Discrepancy Resolution:
