Shielded Doors

Paras Defence is the undisputed market leader in Shielded Doors, where we produce large quantity of doors every year for various Electromagnetic Shielding applications. Shielded Door(s) becomes the most critical Point-Of-Entry (PoE) in any installation, as the door is opened multiple times & each time it is closed, it is required to offer the same Shielding Performance.

Honeycomb Air vents/Filters

Paras Defence offers a very high-performance Honeycomb Airvents / Filters which offer shielding effectiveness across a wide range of frequencies; hence, they can be used in Shielding rooms, Screen rooms, EMP Protected Rooms, Shielded Doors, etc where high shielding performance is expected yet airflow is required. These are manufactured with a variety of materials, like Steel & Aluminium, and can be manufactured to shape as per the cut-out requirement.

Naval Electronic Time Fuse

The Naval Electronic Time Fuse is Electromechanical Event Recorder & Analyzer for underwater operations. It is a microcontroller-based circuit, & it receives depth-setting pulses on three input lines and issues a firing command to ignite at the appropriate time.

Acoustic & Magnetic Sensing Products

cSense Series:

Magnetically Operated Multi-Contact (MOMC) Position Sensor. Paras Defence has indigenously developed the position sensor cSense series required for Mission Critical Application. The measurement of the position & displacement of physical objects is essential for many applications. The sensor has multiple contacts in series and parallel, which gives the benefit of locating the exact position of the magnetic field-producing element. In defence electronic systems where it can be used as a switch. The principle of working of the MOMC position sensor is based on the characteristics of a reed. The specially chosen reed is an electronic element which conducts an electric current whenever it is kept in a magnetic field, i.e., a magnetic field produces a potential difference across the reed. It has a health check facility with an appropriately rated coil provided in the sensor. Whenever an electric current passes through the coil, it produces a magnetic field across the coil.

Transducer Positioning System/Platform

Paras Defence was interested by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) to develop, supply and install a transducer positioning system at their facility in Bangalore.

Paras Defence was not only able to meet the steep delivery requirements laid down by BEL but also could design, manufacture, demonstrate, and install at the site such heavy-duty equipment, meeting very high positional accuracy to the satisfaction of BEL. The acknowledgement of BEL’s satisfaction was that they offered a much bigger system for the similar application for their overseas customer. Paras Defence was successful in satisfying not just BEL but also their overseas customers for this program.
